How to join the PEBB Program

Interested employer groups and school districts may purchase employee benefits through the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) Program. This includes:

  • Employee organizations representing state civil service employees, counties, municipalities, political subdivisions, and tribal governments
  • K-12 school districts, educational service districts, and charter schools

Starting January 1, 2020, all school districts, educational service districts and charter schools in Washington State will receive health care and other benefits through the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program. Learn more about the SEBB Program.
