What are my plan options?

In general, PEBB retirees may choose from the plans listed below. Your options are limited to the plans available in your county and whether you are enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B. Remember, if you cover eligible dependents, everyone must enroll in the same medical plan (with some exceptions, based on eligibility for Medicare Part A and Part B). Learn more about the plans.

Member discount programs

As a UMP member, you can enjoy no-cost and discounted online tools, classes, programs, and activities that can help keep you happy and healthy.

  • Advantage discounts
    Enjoy savings on health-related products and services. Get help with your health and save money on things like:
    • Vision care (glasses, contact lenses, and LASIK)
    • Hearing aids
    • Activities and fitness (gym memberships, hotels, and movie tickets)
    • Weight management programs
  • Quit for Life program
    UMP members age 18 and older may participate in the Quit for Life tobacco cessation program. This program offers phone counseling, medications, and other tools and resources.
  • Centers of Excellence (COE) 
    Offers UMP Classic, Select, and CDHP members knee or hip replacement and spine care services at low to no cost. The COE program contracts with providers who have proven their ability to provide exceptional service and the best outcomes for patients with certain medical conditions. If you qualify the COE program will assist with travel and lodging and travel expenses for you and a care companion if traveling more than 60 miles. (The COE program is not available to UMP Classic Medicare or UMP Plus members.)
