Notice: Doula Services Medicaid State Plan Amendment 24-0028 Public Notice is now available online.

Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0028 in order to implement Senate Bill 5950, which was passed in the 2024 legislative session and directs HCA to obtain approval for a State Plan Amendment to implement doula services for Apple Health (Medicaid) clients.
