Description: The Health Care Authority (HCA) intends to submit a rate methodology for caregiver respite services under Medicaid Transformation Project (MTP 2.0 – section 1115 waiver). These services provide intermittent temporary supervision on a short-term basis for services that would ordinarily be performed by a caregiver.
