For children 20 years of age and younger
The following are covered by Apple Health fee-for-service:

For adults
Eyeglass frames and lenses are not covered. You can purchase eyeglass frames and lenses at a discounted price from HCA's vision hardware contractor CI Optical by contacting a participating optical provider.
