Pay my Apple Health premium
Learn how to pay your Washington Apple Health premium payment and who to contact if you have questions.
Some Washington Apple Health programs require a premium payment, including:
- Apple Health for Kids with Premiums (commonly referred to as CHIP)
- Apple Health for Workers with Disabilities (HWD)
If you have been approved for an Apple Health program that requires you to make a monthly premium payment, you will be mailed a statement from the Office of Financial Recovery (OFR). The statement will tell you the premium amount and provide information on how to pay.
If you receive a letter stating you have been approved for Apple Health coverage, you do not need to wait until a premium bill comes to begin using your services.
