If you were approved for an Apple Health program that requires you to pay a monthly premium, you will be mailed a statement from the Office of Financial Recovery (OFR). The statement will tell you the premium amount and information on how to pay.
No, if you received a letter stating you have been approved for Apple Health coverage, you do not need to wait until a premium bill comes to begin using your services.
Premium payments can be made online or by mail. There is no option to pay over the phone at this time.
