Vision benefits (non-Medicare)

Retirees who are not enrolled in Medicare have three vision insurance plans to choose from: Davis Vision by MetLife, EyeMed, and MetLife Vision. Medicare retirees have vision included in their PEBB retiree Medicare medical plan, except Premera Plan F and Plan G. If you cover dependents, everyone must enroll in the same vision plan.

You must enroll in medical coverage to enroll in vision coverage.
