Apple Health (Medicaid) rulemaking

The agency is developing rules to implement housing transition navigation services provided through the Washington State Health-Related Social Needs (HSRN) services program. Under the Washington State Section 1115 Medicaid Demonstration waiver, the HSRN services program allows qualifying Medicaid enrollees to receive evidence-based, non-medical services to address unmet, adverse social conditions that contribute to poor health. The housing transition navigation services program provides short-term assistance to remove barriers in order to obtain or maintain affordable housing.
