Description: HCA previously published notice under WSR# 22-23-111 of the intent to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 23-0003 to establish two new provider types in the Medicaid State Plan: Community Health Aides/Practitioners and Behavioral Health Aides/Practitioners. HCA intends to also add Dental Health Aides as a new provider type in SPA 23-0003.
