Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 25-0015 to comply with recent changes to Title 42 Chapter IV Subchapter C Part 440.90 Code of Federal Regulations, which created a mandatory exception to the Medicaid clinic services benefit “four walls” requirement for Indian Health Services (IHS) and Tribal clinics. SPA 25-0015 is an administrative compliance SPA and will have no effect on current practices.
