Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0045 to correct payment tier levels in the 1915(i) Home and Community Based Services section of the Medicaid State Plan by removing non-primary and child-specific diagnoses from the eligibility list, as children do not meet the age requirement for Community Behavioral Health Support eligibility for this 1915(i) service.
