Description: The Health Care Authority (the agency) intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 17-0007 in order to create a new supplemental rebate agreement (SRA) contract template which will be available for the agency to use in contracting with pharmaceutical manufacturers effective July 1, 2017.
