Description: HCA and DSHS intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0040 to amend the Nursing Facility Medicaid payment methodology for Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Adult Day Health, Agency Providers, and Consumer Directed Employers (formerly called Individual Providers) .
