Description: HCA intends to submit SPA 24-0048 to comply with Second Engrossed Second Substitute Senate Bill 5580, which directs HCA to increase the income standard for a pregnant person eligible for Apple Health pregnancy coverage to at or below 210 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL), up from 193 percent of the FPL.
