Nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT) contracts
The Health Care Authority (HCA) is requesting Tribal consultation on the state’s new contract for tribes and other Indian health care providers who wish to use the state’s brokers for the nonemergency medical transportation (NEMT) program. The new contracts bring consistency across the state for tribal contracts with NEMT brokers.
