Primary care case management (PCCM) contracts
The Health Care Authority (HCA) is requesting Tribal consultation on the state’s new contract for tribes and other Indian health care providers who wish to participate in the Medicaid primary care case management (PCCM) program. The new contracts bring the program into compliance with the requirements of 42 C.F.R. Part 438 that are applicable to PCCM.
This page provides a collaborative space for Indian Nations and other Indian health providers to review and discuss the new PCCM contracts with HCA.
