Why should I try it?

Diabetes management programs

Why should I try it?

Diabetes management programs can build confidence through resources and support. 

Keeping diabetes under control can lower risks of diabetes complications. For example, effective blood sugar management can reduce the risk of eye disease, kidney disease, and nerve disease by 40 percent. 

Who is eligible?

Subscribers and their dependents (ages 18 and older) enrolled in a PEBB medical plan and meet the program criteria.
