- Medical deductible: $1,250 per person / $3,750 per family (Deductible does not apply to preventive care, telehealth or prescriptions.)
- Out-of-pocket limit: $4,000 per person / $8,000 per family

- Rehabilitation has 60 combined visits per year

- $300 plan allowance per year for orthotics

In most cases, you must live or work in the medical plan's service area to join the plan. All school employees are offered a selection of plans based on their county of residence or the county where their employment location is based.
