Our plan offers extensive family-friendly and cost-saving coverage, and our physician-led care teams work together to help keep you healthy. - Medical deductible: $1,250 per person / $3,750 per family (Deductible does not apply to preventive care, telehealth or prescriptions.)
- Out-of-pocket limit: $4,000 per person / $8,000 per family
