Kaiser Permanente WA Classic plan offers a wide array of benefits and care from our award-winning doctors through the Core network. In addition, this plan offers you low cost shares for services and set copayments for most services, so you’ll pay less out of pocket when you receive care.
Annual costs
- Medical deductible: $175 individual / $525 family
- Prescription drug deductible: $100 individual / $300 family
- Medical out-of-pocket limit: $2,000 individual / $4,000 family
- Prescription drug out-of-pocket limit: $2,000 individual / $8,000 family

In most cases, you must live in a medical plan’s service area to join the plan. If you move out of your plan's service area, and your medical plan is no longer available, you must select a new plan. If you do not, the PEBB Program will enroll you in one. You must report your new address and any plan change request to your payroll or benefits office no later than 60 days after your move. Visit HealthEquity or watch their recorded webinar to discover the many uses for your HSA. The State of Washington contributes annually to the account on an individual or family basis. Once the money is in your account, it’s yours, and there is no deadline to use it.
