Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0042 to establish a multi-disciplinary graduate medical education direct payment program for academic medical centers in the state of Washington. The SPA will provide for reimbursement of the Medicaid cost of maintaining a medical education program, funded by intergovernmental transfer.
