Description: The Health Care Authority and the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration in the Department of Social and Health Services intend to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment 24-0044 to update information for Community First Choice (CFC) services and submit amendments to the Home and Community Based Services Community Options Program Entry System (COPES) waiver, New Freedom waiver, and Residential Support Waiver (RSW).
