Outreach and Training offers periodic trainings developed specifically to assist benefits administrators (BAs) with the administration of PEBB benefits.
Upcoming training opportunities will be announced through Outreach and Training email notices. However, BAs are encouraged to routinely visit this page to review any trainings currently accepting registration.

Live captioning is available for webinars
Communication Access Real-time Transcription (CART) services, or live closed captioning, are available for live webinars, on demand. Scheduling CART services requires a 2-3 week lead-time. You'll be able to request this accommodation as part of the registration process. If you make your request less than a week in advance of the event, our language access manager cannot guarantee that a CART writer will be available.
All meetings sponsored by the Health Care Authority will meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. To request an accommodation, please call our ADA Coordinator at 360-725-5141.TRS users may call this number through the Washington Relay Service by dialing 711.
How do I register for training?
- Select the registration link for the training session(s) you would like to attend.
- Complete the registration process.
- Webinar registration is completed through Zoom.
- In-person training registration is completed through email. Provide your first and last name, phone number, and the name/number of your agency/employer group.
- After registering, you will receive an email confirming your registration along with additional information about the training.
When registering for a webinar, only one registration is necessary if you plan on hosting a location (room) where multiple staff can participate.
