Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 22-0005 to add information regarding who can order home health services that was inadvertently omitted from Attachment 3.1-B section 7; it duplicates information in Attachment 3.1-A section 7. This is a “housekeeping” action which does not change existing policy or practice.
