Changes to Apple Health income limits
Every April, the Apple Health (Medicaid) income limits are updated based on the federal poverty level (FPL). Each Apple Health program’s income limit is based on a percentage of the FPL.

Medicare Savings Programs income update
As a result of recent legislative authority, HCA is increasing the FPL percentages and income limits for some Medicare Savings Programs (MSP). This change will increase access to the MSPs for low-income households.
- Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) is going from 100% FPL to 110% FPL.
- Qualified Individual (QI) 1 is going from 135% FPL to 138% FPL.
