Notice: End Oral Health Connections Dental Pilot Medicaid State Plan 23-2014 Public Notice is now available online.

Description: HCA’s Oral Health Connections Pilot project in Cowlitz, Spokane, and Thurston counties was added to the Medicaid State Plan via Alternate Benefit Plan SPA 23-0014. This dental pilot is ending December 31, 2023. All beneficiaries receiving services through the Oral Health Connections ABP will be transitioned to the Medicaid State Plan benefits.
