Description: HCA and ALTSA intend to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 21-0026 in order to increase the reimbursement rates for Adult Family Homes, Individual Providers and Agency Providers, and to raise the Nursing Facility budget dial and swing bed rates.
