Apple Health (Medicaid) quality strategy and compliance oversight
HCA is requesting Tribal Consultation on the state's managed care quality strategy document and related efforts by the state to monitor the Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs) on their compliance with this document and with their obligations under both federal law and the state’s contracts with MCOs.
