Knowing you’re enrolled in the right plan is reassuring when it comes to your well-being. UMP Classic Medicare with Part D (PDP) is UMP’s Medicare plan. It gives you access to a wide range of benefits, plus health and wellness programs designed to support your health care needs. UMP Classic Medicare with Part D (PDP) and Medicare are two separate health plans that work together to pay for covered services and supplies. Annual costs
- Medical deductible: $250 individual | $750 family
- Medical out-of-pocket limit: $2,500 individual | $5,000 family
- Prescription drug deductible: $100 individual
- Prescription drug out-of-pocket threshold: $2,000 individual

- Large preferred-provider organization (PPO) network.
- Acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage therapy benefits.
- Vision coverage included. Vision benefits brochure.
- Once the prescription drug deductible is met, you will pay a copay amount at a network pharmacy, which is determined by the drug’s tier. Prescription drug benefit information.
Available counties
UMP Classic Medicare with Part D (PDP) is available in all Washington counties and nationwide. Visit plans available by county.
In most cases, you must live in a medical plan’s service area to join the plan. If you move out of your plan's service area, and your medical plan is no longer available, you must select a new plan. If you do not, the PEBB Program will enroll you in a plan. You must report your new address to the PEBB Program no later than 60 days after your move.

UMP Classic and Medicare are two separate health plans that work together to pay for covered services and supplies. Your monthly premium will be lower because Medicare pays part of your medical costs. How they work together to pay your claims depends on whether you’re retired.
