The School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program provides a variety of dental plans for SEBB Organizations.
Dental plan availability
Dental plans offered by the SEBB Program are available to all benefits eligible employees.
Before selecting a plan or provider, employees should compare dental plans to find out what services are covered, which providers are in-network, and the costs for care.

Member ID cards
Once an employee is enrolled, a welcome packet or letter is mailed to the employee by the plan. Member ID card availability is dependent upon the plan that is selected:
- DeltaCare does not automatically mail ID cards. Employees may:
- Download their ID card through their online account at the DeltaCare website.
- Call DeltaCare and request an ID card be mailed to them.
- The Uniform Dental Plan (UDP) does not automatically mail ID cards. Employees may:
- Download their ID card by signing into their account on the UDP website.
- Call UDP and request an ID card be mailed to them
- Willamette does not mail or provide ID cards.
