Description: HCA intends to submit an updated Section 1115 Family Planning Only Waiver extension request which incorporates requests from CMS to include the following items in addition to what was included in the initial extension request sent to CMS on September 30, 2022: dates and details of the public forums and an interim evaluation report. Notice of the initial waiver extension request was posted on HCA’s website on June 13, 2022.
