Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 23-0009 to implement changes requested by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to the GEMT program. HCA previously intended to submit SPA 22-0035 to implement those changes, but it was delayed. SPA 23-0009 replaces that SPA.
