The School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program offers access to the SmartHealth, Living Tobacco Free, and Diabetes Prevention wellness programs to employees and dependents who qualify.
Employers can also work with Washington Wellness to build, enhance, and sustain their own workplace wellness program.

SmartHealth
SmartHealth is Washington State's voluntary wellness program that supports whole person well-being. Participants join activities to help manage stress, build resiliency, adapt to change, and more. SmartHealth is included in SEBB benefits at no additional cost to the employer or employee.
As participants progress on their wellness journey, they may also qualify for the $125 SmartHealth wellness incentive.

Living tobacco free
Living tobacco free helps participants breathe easier, feel better, and have more energy to do what they enjoy.
Employees and their dependents (ages 18 and older) who are enrolled in a SEBB medical plan are eligible to participate. Some plans also offer tobacco cessation resources for teens.

Diabetes Prevention Program
The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) powered by Livongo helps eligible employees and their dependents (ages 18 and older) reduce their risk for type 2 diabetes.
DPP is a digital lifestyle change program that combines the latest technology with ongoing support to help build healthy habits that last.

Washington Wellness works with employers in the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) program to offer strategic support, ready-to-use resources, and training to help enhance the well-being of both the employer and their staff.
