Description: The Health Care Authority intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0010 in order to remove the requirement for the Health Care Authority to audit Medicare cost reports used for Medicaid rate setting. These audits are the responsibility of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
