Description: HCA intends to submit Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 24-0025 as a “housekeeping” action to update the language and payment methodology described in the Medicaid State Plan for consistency with recently approved SPA 23-0010, which updated the Rehabilitative/Behavioral Health Services section of the State Plan regarding services provided in Behavioral Health Agencies (BHAs).
