Governor Jay Inslee’s Executive Order 13-06 (Section 2b) directs the Health Care Authority (HCA) to offer a diabetes prevention program (DPP). The HCA Washington Wellness team is also a key member of the Diabetes Network Leadership Team (DNLT). Through this team, we work with statewide partners to develop strategies that align with the mission and goals of the participating organizations.
